How does your personalized chef experience work?

Before we start working together, we’ll do a no-obligation consultation. We’ll also ask you thoughtful questions to understand your preferences and ensure the experience matches your vision. Once the menu’s set, we’ll handle all the shopping for your recipes. Next, we’ll show up at your chosen location, prepare the meal on-site, and serve it exactly as you imagined.

Do you offer meal prep services for busy professionals or families?

Absolutely! Life moves fast, and we designed our services to keep up with you — no matter what your day looks like.

Can I book you for a special event or intimate gathering?

Absolutely! Just like the personalized chef experience, this works the same way. We sit down for a no-obligation consultation to determine your needs so I can give you an unforgettable experience.

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies?

Absolutely! Whatever your dietary needs are, whether they are religious, a medical need, or just a personal preference, we will cook to your preferences, your needs, and your wishes.

Ingredients & Recipes

What ingredient substitutions do you use for common allergens?
Allergy substitutions can be challenging, not for us on our end, but for the safety of our clients. After all, we’re working with ingredients that can cause serious reactions. If a client has a known allergen or dietary sensitivity that may worsen a medical condition, we take extra care. That includes sourcing safe alternatives and handling potentially inflammatory ingredients with heightened precautions. Your safety and comfort are always our top priority.
How do you incorporate sustainability into your cooking?
Whenever possible and at the client’s specific request, we prioritize sourcing local, seasonal, and ethically produced ingredients. We carefully repurpose trimmings and scraps for stocks and sauces whenever appropriate, ensuring minimal waste. We compost to enrich soil and support plant growth.
Do you cook plant-based dishes?
Absolutely! The majority of the dishes we offer can be made completely meat-free or fully plant-based. We are also more than happy to prepare any of your favorite plant-based recipes.
Where do you source your ingredients?
“Buying the best you can afford” is one of our main thoughts when it comes to food. We want to keep costs down so customers feel like they just went out for a great meal without leaving their homes. Or to have an unforgettable experience without feeling like it will break the bank. We do our best to source from local producers when we can, and when that option is not available, we shop for the best quality for the lowest price.
Can you customize meals for dietary or religious preferences?
Yes, we will create any meal according to dietary requests, whether religious, personal, or medical. We take great pride and care in meeting our clients’ needs and wants, no matter what they are.

Booking & Pricing

How far in advance should I book a service?
The earlier the better. For in-home prepared meals, a week in advance is usually enough; two weeks is even better. For larger parties, the further out the better, so we can best meet your needs and wants.
What is the pricing structure for your services?
Pricing varies from service to service. A better explanation is on our pricing page.
Do you offer custom menu planning?
Absolutely! We sit down to talk through all your needs, wants, and wishes. We have an extensive catalogue of recipes and are more than happy to accommodate any family favorites or recipes you have in mind. What would the world be like if we only had one restaurant, and that one restaurant only served one dish? B-O-R-I-N-G-!
Is a deposit required when booking?
It depends on the service. For most personal & private chef services, no. For catering, deposits start at 20% (non-refundable) and increase based on the service requirements.
What is your cancellation policy?
You must provide 72 hours’ notice for personal chef services. If you cancel within the 72-hour window, you’ll need to arrange the delivery of any food already purchased and reimburse the cost of those groceries.
You must provide one week (7 days) notice to cancelany catering event. If cancelled within one week, any prepaid monies toward the event, above the deposit, will be forfeited.

Can you curate themed dining experiences for events?
Yes! These can be the most fun. Do you have a specific theme for your party? Let’s sit down and plan a menu around it.
Do you offer cooking classes or workshops?
Oh totally! Helping people become better cooks runs in our DNA. From helping with knife skills to the many ways to scramble an egg (yes, there are several), we want to make sure that everyone is comfortable in the kitchen. Our philosophy is that it’s not a matter of whether someone learns to cook, but when they do.
Can I request dishes inspired by global cuisines?
Without a doubt! Give it to us! Give us your ideas and the cuisines you would like to try. We love a challenge; it also helps us grow.
What makes your approach to boutique catering unique?
We typically have up to 30 people. We feel that the smaller the clientele, the more detailed and personalized experiences we can give. For any parties with more than 30 attendees, let us know, and we can see if we can accommodate you.
